I had the pleasure of working with Margo on the separation of a $2.5B business. Margo led the standup of the communications and the legal & compliance functions and interfaced with my team on several aspects of the transaction. The separation and standup of multiple systems requires intricate planning, flexibility, and open communications. Margo’s ability to “see around corners” coupled with her experience from prior deals helped our teams uncover potential blind spots. This was invaluable to my own (technology) project planning.

During this project, Margo distinguished herself with her problem solving skills as demonstrated by her ability to quickly distill complex issues down to their core, facilitate technical and non-technical discussion, propose solutions, and drive alignment across a large number of cross-functional stakeholders.
